Description

Finally! TEXT WALL warning + VERY bad English *__*

Higher demoness Soolax from Raekterrna and her three sisters/children - choose what you like more.
II, III and IV don't have names as well as they don't have permanent appearance: their bodies always stay the same, but the heads are constantly changing, morphing from one look to another. They do have some regular distinguishing features though, that'll be mentioned below.
The Second's skull in its transformations resembles skulls of ungulate animals, such as horse, deer, buffalo or wild boar - but only RESEMBLES, as it (as well as skulls of other two demonesses) invariably looks "not quite right". You can never tell for sure, which animal's head she has at the moment - it always looks somewhat modified and is always armed with sharp, often disproportionately huge or deformed fangs or tusks. II is of dirty-white colour, almost as dirty snow, with tiny dark-red sparkles burning in the depth of empty eye-sockets.
You may be "lucky" to meet her in twilight or dawn near or IN the Wastelands or Dead lands of Raekterrna, on the graveyards and any other places, where massacre or numerous deaths took place. Hardly she would harm you physically or play a trick on you while she is being observed (seriously, she is the most harmless of the four), but nevertheless... Imperceptibly morphing in unpredictable ways bare grinning skull, rocking slightly on the long curved neck, that seems to be growing from the wrong place, stooped back, arms hanging limply most of the time along her sides, slow, staggering, somewhat unnatural gait, quiet "shhhh...shhhhh.." of disproportionately massive tail, dragging behind her on ash-covered dry ground, and an aura of eerie silence covering everything in the radius of 30 meters around her (with only the sound of her tail and "hoofsteps" hearable in this zone)... I doubt that you'd be happy to meet this lady :3

The Third sister is notable for absolute lack of eye sockets - she is even unable to transform herself so that they would be present. Instead of "eyes", there are just merely noticeable hollows, covered with thin cracks, going down her cheekbones and vaguely resembling trails of tears. The skull as it is usually looks like tangibly elongated, hellishly toothy canine or feline skull – mostly canine. III has purely wonderful colour – it’s like greenish swamp mass with stains of clotted blood, with the skull having almost the same tone as dinosaur bones in the museums - just a little bit "newer", with more yellow in it.
While this creature’s head constantly goes through series of unstoppable metamorphoses , her second head remains always the same :3 Cheerful human skull, stuck on the tip of her extremely long, fuzzy tail and encircled with long fur – which actually looks very much like skull’s hair - enjoys spending its "free-time" chattering or screeching loudly with his teeth, mumbling something incoherent under the nose or leading conversations with itself in some weird self-made language and in unpredictably changing intonations and voices. At times this actually sounds like the whole group of people talking, screaming or quarreling with each other – deep in the dark woods, parks or alleys at night ._. Hearing something like this would be creepy enough as it is, and now take into consideration absolute incomprehensibility of the language they speak in + lack of any visible source of the sound...What will you get? The best decision in such case would be to walk away (walk, mind you, not run!), because, if III finds the person very curious or brave enough, she may wish to try their bravery - in this case you will have a truly fortunate opportunity of facing the lady in all her glory. Like some delirious illusion she will show herself for mere seconds, keeping rather big distance for the beginning, but making sure that you see her – then fade, leaving you in total silence - frightened, confused and wondering what the hell was that, and was it actually real. And at the moment you decide, that IT is gone, and what you saw was just some kind of odd hallucination, there she will be again - now much closer –to disappear in a split second. If you are stupid/curious enough to remain where you are after the second time she appeared, or your following retreat is just either too slow or TOO fast (victim’s panic flight for her is like a red cloth for a bull) this will happen repeatedly, with intervals getting smaller and smaller - and the creature getting closer and closer to you. There she is, to the left of you - and gone immediately - then again you catch a glimpse of grinning eyeless skull to the right, mere three steps away. And then... The air EXPLODES with cacophony of harrowing howls, screams and hoarse inhuman screech, when the demoness materializes in front of you; her long clawed fingers reaching out for your eyes...
You gain conscience, lying on the damp ground of the alley, feeling absolutely drained, stunned and numb. From the local street cleaner, who actually "woke" you up, you learn that it’s 6 A.M. already. You try to figure out, why the hell you’ve spent the night in the alley and what happened – but can’t recall a thing, after your entering the alley...
Basically the same thing happens to anyone, who was "happy" enough to become one of the four's meal (or appetizer, speaking of Soolax) : victims pass out during the process and after "coming back" can't recall a single thing, concerning the encounter. They feel exhausted both physically and mentally and may stay in such state for a rather long time – sometimes even up to several weeks. They may also acquire seemingly unexpected phobias or paranoia and various nervous disorders.

But now - the Fourth. Her head has a look of seriously deformed/modified bird skull, usually birds' of prey skulls, such as eagle, hawk, condor, raven, sometimes even ibis or marabou. Her beak is always jagged - as if it has teeth - and cracked, while eye-sockets seem to have been broken by someone. Feathered mane or crest is always present, as well as "side-whiskers" and long fur tuft, hanging from the middle of her neck. As I’ve mentioned before – all the rest stays pretty much the same, while only the head and sometimes shape of the crest changes.
In the day time you have good chances to encounter her in the Red Lands of Raekterrna – forests, generally, while at nights she prefers to wander in the long-grassed meadows and fields nearby. Thankfully, Soolax had set a stronger bond between the Fourth and her "natural habitat", so that she would be pretty limited in time when she leaves Red Lands. Why? IV may be called the nastiest one of all three, maybe even nastier than Soolax herself – this lady has "serious impulse control problems", is devilishly aggressive and is the only one of the three, who kills physically. Player by nature – as one of her sisters and "mother" - she enjoys leading games with her victims , who, actually, DO have some choice and power over their destiny, but sadly, are absolutely unaware of this at the moment they meet her. When, in a split second this creature suddenly appears 5 meters away in front of you, leaping out of the bushes near the road or literally GROWING from the long grass of the peaceful forest meadow, and freezes in one place, clicking her beak and ready to attack – what your reaction would be?
You scream – she lets out thrilling predatory screech-cry, as if bird of prey and woman scream madly at the same time.
You run – she follows you, being seemingly slower, but never dropping behind as well as never catching or hitting you. You fall – she waits for your next action. If you show you're giving up – this will be your end. If you continue your flight, or try to defend yourself somehow and show some aggression, she will highly appreciate this and the game shall continue, until you manage to seriously damage her or – until you get absolutely drained of all strength. There is also a possibility that this Lady will get bored and you will meet your death faster... You ask, what the "choice" is?
You may suddenly pass out of fear - and stay alive :3 She never waits for her victims to gain consciousness and leaves. Though, if you lose consciousness in the Red Lands, you’re a dead man anyway, as harmful energy of these zones slowly deforms and kills any living creature, except for the beasts, naturally inhabiting them.
But there is also one more option...You freeze with fear and stay this way for long enough time, unable to do a thing - and... you shall be "spared": she will devour your emotions and energy, switching you off, but live you be (being seriously disappointed 'cause of the lack of "fun"). The trick is - no action from victim's side equals no action from the Fourth, as well as some action leads to the same action from her but in a peculiar manner.
As I have mentioned before, IV is the only one of the four, who kills physically and thus she is the only one non immune to material weapons. Her need for blood, very much material nourishment, makes her more or less material herself – depends on the time of the last such meal. So, basically, it's a rather risky addiction (as any addiction is, heh). The problem is this: for Soolax and two other demonesses human energy – fear, first and foremost, and negative emotions in general – are vital, while they don't need common food AT ALL. They may eat it, but only if they wish so, for pleasure. For The Fourth everything is different: energetic "recharge" is still required, but to totally fulfill her resources she needs mentioned red substance.
IV possesses strong resistance to magic, but speaking of strength – it’s on the level of quite powerful human female :3 She is extremely agile, and razor-sharp beak and claws add to her impressiveness, but her regeneration rate is slightly higher than human’s, so getting physical damage is highly undesirable.

Speaking of personalities: each of the sisters basically possesses the same character traits as Soolax does, with one particular trait being especially distinguished or even exaggerated.
The Second represents indifference, gloom, despondency and fatigue. She is so mentally exhausted, she doesn't even wish to take any actions to provide herself some "food" and often ends being "fed" by other two sisters. The Third is quintessence of slyness, crazy joy and endless evil desire to trick someone to pant-peeing – she enjoys doing this even WITHOUT energy-drinking. And actually, lots of the things she does would be taken as funny (have you ever seen demon, heartfelt reciting Shakespeare, using its own tail? Yes, sure, the language is absolutely unintelligible, but the piece is recognizable nevertheless!) if not her creepy aura and even creepier appearance. There WERE such extremely rare occasions, when she encountered humans, who actually managed to estimate her jokes (hihi, alcohol and drugs make miracles!) – which absolutely ecstasized her X) The Fourth is a cruel, nasty and evil bitch (sorry) with violent sense of humour - a feathered and fuzzy red ball of hatred *_*
And now...mix all of this together, add some balance in the chaos, aaand voila - you have Soolax. Out of four she is the only true higher demon, the "mother" of the three, as she created them in her own image so to say. Her own appearance is always the same, with only eye-sockets changing from time to time – but this happens on Soolaxes own will. The size may change, but the "eyes" always look as if the demoness narrows them in mocking or evil grin. Soolax is more powerful than any of her siblings in all meanings, thus, while the trio's needs come only to energy/blood to save themselves from fading away and becoming a part of either Soolax or the Underworld's energy substance, she needs something far more essential. Simply emotions do nothing more but let her prolong her visit to the Upper world.
Creature of the Darkness, evil by her nature, she senses those who carry darkness in their souls and are lead by it, like shark smells blood through several kilometers of water column - and willingly follows her senses. The game she plays with the unfortunate chosen ones is far more complex and horrific, as her ascendancy is enormously hard to resist. While her siblings are able to create "local" illusions for quite short periods of time – separate objects/sounds/effects, Soolax is capable of modifying subjective reality. It doesn't mean that the world around you really changes, but she makes you see or hear what she wants you to. She becomes your quiet invisible friend, which whispers in your ear what you should do, which convinces you of your own insignificance and loneliness, of your relatives or beloved ones being indifferent to you, mocking you, DESPISING you – and that you need to get rid of them – or of yourself. Everything kind and light you have in your life she will try to destroy – any positive emotions and feelings are her abhorrence and endless annoyance – like a pile of slithering white worms in the deliciously looking baked chicken and all-day-long whining of the drill above your ear, while you’re trying to be busy with something. The feeling is so powerful that she is even unable to stay near the source of strong positive emotions (for example, in the same room with victim's loving wife) for a long time. So first and foremost she will try to strip you of everything good you have, slowly driving you mad with delirious illusions and hallucinations she creates around you – and have you all to herself. You feel and maybe even dimly realize that it is something from beyond that something is awfully wrong. But you fail to realize the main - that most of the things you see or hear are a fake and thus you can't convince yourself of opposite and are unable to resist the Voice... You may manage to, though – it depends on your will-power, devotion to those who are dear to you and confidence in them, yourself – and, basically, anything that is of great importance for you.
Soolax is bound by some certain rules though - or it’s better to say, she bounds herself and her word is a law which she never breaks. One of these rules concerns time limits of the game she involves the person in, and the limit is 9 days. If the victim endures, demoness will leave and never return. If she manages to break their spirit and mind, then she takes what she came for – the soul itself. She appears at the time when you finally drown in the slough of misery and pain, being beside yourself and abruptly numb. You feel no fear, while the creature silently and softly approaches you, her grin somehow seeming strangely endearing. She slowly reaches her hands for you, touching your face gently with the tips of her long, thin fingers, and you can't help but stare in hypnotizing bloody-red eyes with horizontal pupils in the middle of her palms - the last thing you see...

...for now, I think that is all. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
